Raw rubber is mixed with a number of other carefully measured high quality ingredients. |

The uncured rubber is passed through a three roll calender to achieve a controlled thickness and to apply the plastic liners. |
||
|
The finished mill roll is sent to the die cutting department to be packaged and cut into strips, pre-cuts, rolls or squares. |
